Returns + Exchanges

We offer exchanges/store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. All exchanged product must be in new, unopened, unused, and a resellable condition with original packaging and tags. Any items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted. We do not accept returns/exchanges on beauty/personal care items for safety reasons. 

If you don't want to exchange your product, we will put your credit on a gift card that never expires and can be used in-store and online. 


Can I return my online order in your store? 
Yes, you can! Just make sure you return it in-store 30 days from the ship date.

What about custom items?
Custom items are non-refundable, however, we try our very best to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchase. If it's an issue is with the fit/size we're happy to make those adjustments for free. In just about all scenarios, we're able to make it work for our customers, so just drop us a line at and we'll be happy to help. 

Why don't you offer refunds?
We've found that when we offered returns that people who returned items would come and shop with us again, the only difference is that we were paying credit card fees on their returned items. Rather than paying those fees, we've opted to offer exchanges or gift cards that don't expire to give our customers more time flexibility and to find something they really love. By avoiding the cost of refunds, we're able to keep our costs lower and therefore deliver a better experience for all of our customers. 

The other reality is that we had some dishonest returns-- for example, shoplifters would attempt to return items for cash or other customers would use the shop as a rental closet (i.e. purchasing an item, wearing it, and then returning it the next day). We've found it deters theft and dishonest returns when we just offer exchanges.
