Meet DeShara: Sales Associate

We have quite a few new faces around here, so we want to take the time to introduce them all to you. We had our three newest employees interview each other, and today we are introducing you to our first Sales Associate, DeShara!
Where are you from? I’m from Rockford, IL by way of Chicago (undergrad) and New York City
What do you do at Viscera? I am Ari’s first sales associate!
What’s one thing you want to tell the world? Nothing is impossible! Also, check out my hashtag #butimcrazy on IG. There is ton of inspirational things on there. Good vibes only.
Favorite clothing item you own? I have a silk blouse from Aritzia that's navy and has this pajama-ish print. It’s oversized and I call it my pimp shirt.
Most coveted item in the store? I love our black nylon track jacket from Bellen Brand
Favorite spot in Oakland? I don’t have a favorite spot yet.
Favorite song at the moment? Kendrick Lamar - "Alright: or Kehlani ft Chance – "The Way"
Favorite designer and why? I love Phillip Lim. I love the patterns he uses, and I like his take on fashion. In his last collection he used a lot of popular saying on his crew necks, t-shirts, and bags, and as a writer I appreciate that. He used the best colors, and I can always tell when something is Phillip Lim. He follows his own path!
How do you describe your style? I would say it’s tomboy chic. I love sporty items and I was definitely Sporty Spice back in the day (LOL). I like things without defined lines that flow and have movement. I’m the girl that will wear a long dress with sneakers and would much rather wear an awesome pink pant suit than a long cocktail dress. My style icon is Solange so pretty much everything she does is what I one day aspire to do.
