Viscera Basics On The Go
Posted by Karis Dodd
This month's theme is travel, and we're sure doing a lot of it! Whether you're packing for a quick weekend escape, a business trip, a visit with the family, or a month-long vacation, figuring out how to effectively pack is so important. While it's fun to wear all our favorite clothes in a new city, it can certainly be frustrating cramming an entire closet into a few bags of luggage. Packing some key essential basic items in a similar color palette can make packing (and getting dressed in the hotel) so much easier!
We love bringing our Viscera tri-blend basics on all our adventures - they're the perfect travel companions! These super-soft tees and sweatshirts are great for layering, which is ideal if your travels bring you somewhere with unfamiliar or unpredictable weather. Plus, they wash well and don't pill - even at that sketchy laundromat in a Parisian alleyway. Finally, if matching while packing is hard for you, our basics come in a simple color palette of light gray, dark gray, and oatmeal. You really can't go wrong with any of them!
So, what are our picks for packing? Our raglan tees or hoodies are perfect for throwing in a carryon to wear when the plane gets a little chilly. For everyday wear, our v-neck and crew-neck tee shirts are great to pair with jeans, skirts, shorts, or any bottoms that you decide to pack (shh we won't tell if you re-wear your tee with a few outfits!).
A favorite item is certainly the men's 3/4 sleeve henley because it can be worn under OR over other pieces. Need to layer something under your sweater or jacket in order to avoid packing a big coat? Perhaps you want something less bulky than a sweatshirt to bring on the plane? This shirt has got you covered (quite literally) for both situations.
If you're traveling as much as we are this month, stop by to shop our basics or check them out
